Cleantech Law Partners Publishes Assessment Of Solar Legislation In US

Renewable energy law firm publishes article that suggests how the US can transform the growing number of solar laws into more clean energy

Cleantech Law Partners (CLP), a full-service law firm dedicated exclusively to the legal and policy needs of the renewable energy industry, published an article today entitled, "Transforming Solar Laws into more Clean Energy".  The article is featured in the July/August edition of North American Clean Energy and explores the US states with the most progressive renewable energy regulations and incentive programs. The article suggests that the substantive quality of the legislation is more effective in generating clean energy than the sheer number of laws enacted.

Cleantech Law Partners also announced today that they will be exhibiting during the Intersolar North America conference in San Francisco. The event will take place at the Moscone Center, July 9-11, 2013.

CLP's legal team will be available at the conference to discuss the legal challenges facing renewable energy project developers and solar companies. The firm is popular among renewable energy clients because of its knowledge of the alternative energy industry, experience working on solar matters, and convenient flat-fee billing model.

Hailed by renewable energy clients across the country, CLP's Outside In-house Counsel program offers clients a valuable alternative to hiring in-house general counsel.  The monthly plan allows clients the freedom to access CLP's legal team without the anxiety of traditional hourly billing.
Cleantech Law Partners Booth #7435 will be located in Moscone Center, West Hall, Level 1. Booth hours are Tuesday and Wednesday, July 9th and 10th from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Thursday, July 11th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
